- POLICY OF PRODUCTION
To meet the requirements of customers for a clean environment, we propose compact dust extractors which presents both a small size and a remarkable portability while maintaining a real high performance, in order to improve the efficiency of air cleaning and guarantee productivity. Here is our dust extractors’ designing and manufacturing policy.
We present below our policy of designing and manufacturing of dust collectors.
Our strength is to propose a complete product range of high performance dust extractors, which can be used in any small space and indoor working environments. As innovation is our core strategy, we propose continuously to develop models of small sizes, while keeping a real level of performance. Not only are our dust collectors used for standard environments as production lines and workshops, but also for highly delicate applications in cleanroom conditions (Class 100).
Our conception of dust production is based on the changing needs of the industries in dust extraction. To meet the requirements of our customers, we offer new functions, customer-made and new models developed at the base of our standard models after our technical studies. With this system, we are able to propose multiple use models in dust extraction to meet all market requirements.
As a manufacturer of dust extractors, our objective is not only in the performance of dust extraction, but also the health of users and the environmental protection throughout the whole product life cycle. Our manufacturing is based on the non-use of hazardous materials regulated by the RoHS directive (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) and criteria established by the CE marking.
- (※) RoHS Directive
- RoHS means Directive on the Restriction of the Use of certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment, enacted by the European Union. The RoHS directive was adopted in February 2003 with the WEEE directive and took effect in July 2006, applicable in each European Union’s member state. This directive clearly restricts the use of the following six substances:
| Lead | 1,000ppm | Hexavalent Chromium (Cr6+) | 1,000ppm |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mercury | 1,000ppm | Polybrominated biphenyls(PBB) | 1,000ppm |
| Cadmium | 100ppm | Polybrominated diphenyl ether(PBDE) | 1,000ppm |
